solid stay, great location
coffee machine comfortable bed friendly staff early check
the room included a coffee machine and a selection of toiletries. the bed was comfortable i slept well each night. the front desk staff offered a friendly welcome. i also appreciated the early check in option that worked well with my travel schedule.
the parking was slightly difficult for larger vehicles because space was limited.

several restaurants are nearby the hotel offering diverse dining options. a mcdonald's and several coffee shops are also within walking distance. breakfast at the hotel restaurant provided an really good experience with attentive service.

amazing location and comfy stay!!!
perfect location helpful staff
the location could not be better! i could walk to english bay, stanley park, and even granville market with no problem. the breakfast was AMAZING!!! the parking was convenient, even if it was a paid service. the staff was so nice and helpful, always ready with a smile and an answer.
the bar downstairs was a bit noisy at times. the traffic outside also contributed to the noise level, especially in the evenings.

The location offered immediate access to the beach and nearby restaurants. my room was cleaned thoroughly each day. i noticed the staff provided quick responses to requests. i also used the onsite laundry facilities. These were convenient and well maintained.
the elevators are slow, so i preferred to use the stairs when possible.

dirty windows missing safe
The location was convenient. A bus stop was just outside.
My room faced the car park. It was noisy early in the morning because of a garbage truck. the windows were quite dirty (it made the view not very nice). there was no safe in the room, which i always appreciate when traveling (i was a little disappointed by that).

The room included a super clean queen bed. I slept well. the housekeeping was also excellent. My room was very clean daily.

good size comfy beds clean room good bathroom
i found the rooms to be a good size. the beds felt comfy. i was glad the room was very clean (i appreciate cleanliness!). the bathrooms were also good and practical.
i noticed the windows are old, so there was some wet fog on them. i couldn't see outside clearly sometimes.

covered patio harbour view
The room faced the harbour. I saw ships and the western coastline. the hotel had an outside covered patio. I could eat there with my dog present.
the refrigerator in my room was totally empty.
